Leonid Filanovskiy

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE

Leonid is a highly-qualified specialist in the fields of criminal and criminal procedure law, providing legal advice to individuals and corporate clients for more than 25 years.

Leonid specialises in representing the interests of Russian and foreign corporations, their staff, executives and beneficiaries, as well as individuals at various stages of proceedings: during criminal proceedings, at the stage of investigative actions and at court hearings.

Leonid also represents the interests of clients in cooperation with regulators and law enforcement authorities, including as part of scheduled and unscheduled inspections of businesses and conducts internal corporate investigations and criminal legal due diligence of the activities of companies.

In addition, Leonid is actively involved in expert analysis and reform of criminal procedure legislation at various levels.

In 1999, Leonid received the status of advocate. He is a member of the St Petersburg Law Chamber, registration number 78/3396.
