Dmitry Uryakin, Lawyer at Maxima Legal, told the online legal magazine “Shortread” how to reduce the amounts of money demanded by the grid company in case of non-contractual electricity consumption.

The expert noted that “if a company uses electricity without a contract, the grid company can draw up an act of non-contractual consumption and charge a large sum of money after the inspection. However, practice shows that in some cases this amount can be reduced”.
