In 2018, the Ministry of Employment plans to review the law around employment protection, in connection with which a large section of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation will be almost completely redesigned. Associate at Maxima Legal, Anastasia Samusenko, prepared a review of the planned changes for industry journal ‘Trudoviye Spory’.
