Konstantin Boytsov, Head of Real Estate and Construction Practice at Maxima Legal, explained to Magenta.today magazine that due to the current technical rules and regulations hostels can be located in separate sections of adjacent residential buildings, in the basement and on the first – third floors of residential buildings, if they are secured with autonomous engineering communication.
