PRC Pro surveyed Russian law firms on the experience of implementing Legal Tech tools that help streamline business processes.

Maxima Legal’s Managing Partner, Maxim Avrashkov, told the online edition that since 2012, Maxima Legal has been using the Megaplan CRM system, which provides an opportunity to accumulate all customer information in a single database, including not only contact information, but also interaction history, key documents, comments and explanations of lawyers who previously worked with the client. “It helps to prepare for meetings or negotiate, solve new problems or connect new specialists to the project more efficiently and significantly faster,” explained Maxim Avrashkov. “In addition, fixing the stages of work on the project, interim plans and results allows me, practitioners or senior lawyers to be aware of the solution of client tasks in the background, monitor deadlines, check the quality and vector of work of less experienced colleagues, correcting it if necessary. Thanks to this approach, the customer knows exactly when work began on their matters, which specialists and to what extent they were involved in the process, which increases the level of trust in the company and the reporting and monetary documents provided by us.”
