Natalia Diatlova has taken part in television programme Otkritaya Studiya on channel 78.ru

Natalia Diatlova, Partner and Head of the PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, has been a guest on the television programme Otkritoy Studii on channel 78.ru. The main topic of discussion on the programme was the bill that has passed the first reading of the St Petersburg legislative assembly requiring PPP agreements to be published.

Natalia was joined by deputy from the St Petersburg legislative assembly and head of the parliamentary group Yabloko, Boris Vishnevsky. The guests discussed concessionary agreements and the terms which must be published. The main question debated was whether concessionary agreements should be published in full or for the significant parts or the main terms to be made public.
