Nikita Deynega, Head of Tax and Administrative Law practice at Maxima Legal, told “Nalogoved” magazine about the development of the Supreme Court’s approaches to qualifying property as movable or immovable.

According to the expert, the approach of the Supreme Court should give a positive impulse to the development of practice in such cases.
