On 4 March in Salisbury former FSB-officer Sergey Skripal and her daughter were hospitalised with signs of having been poisoned, Russia has been accused of being involved.  The Kremlin denies involvement.  At the end of last week, the British government declined Victoria Skripal’s request for a British visa to visit her unwell relatives in the UK.

Associate and Head of the Immigration Desk at Maxima Legal, Robert Houchill has provided his comments on the matter to business-newspaper Delovoy Peterburg, including on the potential reasons for the refusal and the options available to Victoria to challenge the decision.
