Lenteplopribor, a major manufacturer of microelectronics for the military, has won a dispute with the Federal Property Management Agency, which has unilaterally terminated the lease of premises in Zelenkov Lane in St Petersburg.

“While the case was pending, the court took precautionary measures against the premises, which prohibited the eviction of Lenteplopribor. The decision of the court of first instance was upheld on appeal and was not appealed against by either party in cassation within the statutory time limits. Both the decision of the court of first instance and the ruling of the court of appeal show that Lenteplopribor cannot be evicted,” Sergei Bakeshin, Head of Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Practice at Maxima Legal,  has explained to Novy Prospect online publishing.
