A bankruptcy case against Kapitalgroup-SPb continues in Sp Petersburg. The company, which owed almost 380 million rubles, was declared as insolvent and bankruptcy proceedings were instituted against it in 2018. The report of the bankruptcy manager is scheduled for review on April 15, 2021.

Sergei Bakeshin, Head of Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Practice at Maxima Legal, told the Delovoy Peterburg newspaper that according to statistics for the first half of 2020, for legal entities the average duration for monitoring procedures was 201 days as wee as 787 days for insolvency cases in whole.
