Sergey Bakeshin on the so-called zero insolvency procedure in Delovoy Peterburg

Sergei Bakeshin - Counsel

Delovoy Peterburg has published an article about a presentation given by the Head of the Commercial and Dispute Resolution Practice at Maxima Legal, Sergey Bakeshin, at the conference Insolvency 2018.  Sergey’s presentation was on the so-called zero insolvency procedure about the opportunities to petition and judicial outcomes, as well as on the methods to delay cases and measures to counter this.

“On the one side, zero insolvency cases are very short events.  From the other, according to statistics, more than half of the insolvency proceedings come to an end. The ‘traditional’ insolvency proceedings are now introduced in less than half of cases that are registered by the courts”, emphasised Sergey.
