Maxim Ali told about using the electronic document workflow with contractors who don’t have digital signatures on a webinar organized by SPIBA

Today the Legal Committee of the St Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA) held a webinar «Electronic document workflow with and without digital signature». Experts discussed pros and cons of digital signatures and legal issues of using the electronic document workflow.

Maxim Ali, Partner, Head of IP/IT practice at Maxima Legal, told about things that should be taken into consideration if you use electronic document workflow with contractors who don’t have digital signature.

Maxim also pointed out potential risks of discussing commercial and other business matters in messengers and gave an example of real judicial decisions on electronic document workflow cases.
