Margarita Dukhova has given a presentation at the Careers Day of the Higher School of Economics’ Law Faculty

Associate from the PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, Margarita Dukhova talked to law students from the Higher School of Economics about the structuring of public-private partnership projects in the transport infrastructure sector. The masterclass took place in St Petersburg on 15 March as part of the Careers Day at the Law Faculty.

“Public-private partnership is actively developing in the market for infrastructure projects and such projects are becoming more common. This has led to a demand for qualified experts who are able to not only assist with the legal aspects of projects but who can also understand and provide assessments of factors that are beyond points of law. We think that the preparation of specialists in the PPP sector should begin before the end of their university studies and this would improve the quality of such legal services”, commented Margarita.
