Maxim Ali - Partner

Head of the IP and IT Practice at Maxima Legal, Maxim Ali, has taken part in the large scale IT forum, TAdviser SummIT 2018. As part of a session on the topic of Big Data and Business Intelligence, Maxim talked about the legal aspects of working with data and focused on the problems associated with the use of customer data: what information is considered to be personal, how possible is it to comply with the requirements of legislation, as well as the specifics of protecting data and selling it as an asset.

The conference TAdviser SummIT 2018 took place in Moscow on 29 November and brought together IT professionals from the private and public sectors to discuss the events of 2018 and their plans for 2019.
