Maxima Legal experts took part in the third Legal Masters Forum held in Voronezh on 15-17 of September.

Nikita Deynega, Senior Associate, Head of Tax and Administrative Law Practice at Maxima Legal, moderated the Private Wealth section dedicated to key aspects of working with private clients as well as outlined “sanctions” and “counter-sanctions” regulatory trends in tax and currency areas within one of the tax sections of the Forum.

Natalia Diatlova, Partner, Head of Corporate Practice at Maxima Legal, spoke about checks and balances in corporate conflicts between directors and shareholders.

This year over 500 people attended the Legal Masters Forum. The participants included representatives of leading law firms, inhouses, attorneys, notaries, employees of authorities and relevant ministries, business owners and top management.
