Natalia Diatlova - Partner

Partner and Head of the PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, Natalia Diatlova has joined the Expert Council of the National PPP Centre.

“For me it is a great honour to receive such a recognition from business and legal profession by being included in the Expert Council of the National PPP Centre. There is much interesting work to do in the law-making aspect of PPP”, commented Natalia.

The Expert Council of the National PPP Centre brings together key participants in the market of public-private partnership to formulate unified positions on matters relating to the use of PPP mechanisms in Russia, improving legislation and assisting with pilot projects in infrastructure for the transport, social, utilities, information-technologies, industry and agricultural sectors at federal and regional levels. Among the members are representatives from large institutions for development, financial organisations, investors, companies working in infrastructure and advisers including: EBRD, IFC, Sberbank, Gazprom bank, VTB Capital, EY, KPMG, Stroiproekt, Hogan Lovells, Herbert Smith Freehills and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
