Natalia Diatlova has taken part in a roundtable event of the Committee of the State Parliament for Natural Resources, Property and Land

On 8 February, Natalia Diatlova, Partner and Head of the PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, took part in a roundtable event of the Committee of the State Parliament for Natural Resources, Property and Land.  The event was on the topic of ‘Public-Private Partnership legislation in the information communication technology sector: matters that require regulation’.

At the roundtable event, participants considered the State Duma bill, which has passed its first reading, titled ‘Amendments to the Federal law ‘On Public-Private Partnership, Municipal-Private Partnership in the Russian Federation and amendments to other legislation of the Russian Federation’.

Participants discussed the legal definition and features of IT infrastructure in PPP agreements, the requirements in the legal regulation between partners, financing and end-users when implementing PPP projects, providing for rights and obligations, intellectual property matters and data security and protection.
