On 31 January Natalia Diatlova, Partner and Head of the PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, took part in the 9th Annual Legal Forum organised by business newspaper Kommersant dedicated to the completing of a year review of legislative activities and an evaluation of their effect on business.

The participants in the event included directors and top managers of leading international and Russian law firms, in-house lawyers from large companies in St Petersburg and Leningrad region along with government representatives and associations.

Participants discussed the adaption of the law to new technologies and services, intellectual property law for new technological developments, the use of IP Legal Tech, subsidiary liability for controlling persons, reform of administrative law, summary of the changes to the public tendering system and new challenges and opportunities for business.
