Sergey Bakeshin has joined the Insolvent Club

Sergei Bakeshin - Counsel

The Head of the Dispute Resolution and Insolvency department at Maxima Legal, Sergei Bakeshin, has joined the national association of insolvency specialists and administrators for problematic assets called the Insolvent Club.

The association brings together leading Russian lawyers, administrators and academics who specialise in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, and the restructuring of companies who encounter financial difficulties. The chairman of the Insolvent Club is Oleg Zaitsev, and the Supervisory Board includes a retired judge of the Supreme Commercial Court of the Russian Federation, Rustem Miftakhutdinov, and Sberbank’s Managing Director, Yevgeny Akimov, and other recognised experts in the field of insolvency.
