Natalia Diatlova, Partner and Head of Corporate Practice at Maxima Legal, read a lecture “M&A and Legal Due Diligence: how to ‘package’ assets for a transaction” for undergraduate and graduate students of the Graduate School of Management at St Petersburg State University. The expert explained the objectives and dynamics of due diligence, characterized documents and information within the due diligence process and commented on the typical risks identified and the format for describing such risks.

Natalia’s lection was held as part of a series of events presenting the possibility of obtaining the ACCA international qualification at the university. The training program will be opened in the new academic year and Natalia will teach Corporate Law in Russia at the Master in Corporate Finance program.
