International Lawyers Network, one of the biggest assosiations fа law firms, has gathered its members for an online exchange of views and experiences of business development in this environment as well as what practice management looks like, and how to keep balanced and stay healthy and safe. Maxima Legal, which has been representing Russia in the ILN since 2008, was represented at the evirtual conference by partners Maxim Ali and Natalia Diatlova.

According to International Lawyers Network, the event illustrated that even in a pandemic, the ILN continue to be the network “where lawyers become friends.” This tagline may seem extremely friendly and social for a group of serious professionals, but underlying the idea of “friendship” is the belief that there is no greater risk that a lawyer can take than referring their client to another lawyer. The assosiation helps minimize that risk by facilitating the relationships among the firms-memebers and their staff and assisting in developing the trust in each other that allows the lawyers to know that when they refer business to one another, the lawyer on the other end of the line will treat your client with the same care and concern that you do.

International Lawyers Network is one of only two law firm associations ranked by Chambers & Partners and comprise over 5,000 lawyers from approximately one hundred well-established practices in 66 countries.
