Angelina has over 20 years’ experience in legal consultancy.
Angelina’s expertise includes international tax planning, including advising private clients on tax and currency legislation, controlled foreign companies’ legislation, as well as structuring of foreign asset ownership.
CAREER
Prior to joining Maxima Legal, Angelina held senior positions in a number of Russian law firms specialising in international taxation, and headed Family Office of KSK Group audit and consulting firm

- Tax advice to one of Russia’s largest paint manufacturers in connection with business scaling and relocation
- Structuring business and personal asset ownership for a major logistics business beneficiary, including support of compliance procedures with banks in various jurisdictions, as well as tax, administrative and criminal risk assessment of business processes
- Declaration campaigns for private clients with a complex international structure of assets and income, including advice on tax residency and compliance with Russian currency legislation
