According to the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information, part of the real estate of Yury Trusov, one of the most famous businessmen in the poultry industry in the Leningrad region, was sold at auction in December 2021.

As Sergei Bakeshin, Head of Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Practice at Maxima Legal, explained to Novy Prospect online edition, “all that was left was a parking space, receivables from bankrupt companies and personal belongings. If no other property will be found (including as a result of disputed transactions), it is possible to say that Trusov’s main assets have already been put up for sale and sold”.

It should be noted that Yury Trusov’s personal bankruptcy is linked to the failure to fulfil obligations to banks of Lenoblptitseprom poultry farm, the owner of which the entrepreneur was until 2018. In particular, Sberbank’s claims for  RUB 60.6 million have been added to the register of creditors of Yury Trusov. “In addition, Rosselkhozbank announced the inclusion of claims in the amount of RUB 87.7 million. The claim consideration is scheduled on February, 1”, – Sergei Bakeshin added.
