Commercial court of Yaroslavl region has satisfied the claim of Moscow supplier of fodder, Agrokursiv, to engaged in dairy farming in the Leningrad region JSC Luban, part of LLC Concern Detskoselsky of St Petersburg billionaires Yuri Bragin and David Traktovenko. Agrokursiv demanded from Luban about 934 thousand rubles of debt, including interest, but due to the lack of a published full court decision, the cause of the conflict is still unclear.

“Most likely, it is a debt for fodder or fodder supplements, but it is not quite clear why companies from Moscow and Leningrad region decided to sue in Yaroslavl,” Sergei Bakeshin, Senior associate and Head of Dispute Resolution and Insolvency practice at Maxima Legal, commented for the Delovoy Peterburg newspaper.

“JSC Luban had quite a lot of lawsuits considered in a simplified procedure. There was only one Luban bankruptcy case in 2019, and none in 2020. Judging by the amount of net assets – more than 350 million rubles, the financial situation of the JSC is quite stable, “- said the expert.
