Sergei Bakeshin - Counsel

On 15 September 2017 in Moscow the third annual conference titled ‘The Institute of Insolvency in Russia. Practice and Technology and Conducting Insolvency Proceedings’ took place. During the event, Senior Associate at Maxima Legal and Head of the Practice for Dispute Resolution, Sergey Bakeshin took part.

At the conference current matters relating to the development of insolvency were considered. Experts discussed recent changes in insolvency legislation, considered the conduct of insolvency proceedings and conducted a comparative analysis of notable insolvency cases in modern Russia and from its pre-revolutionary imperial past.
