Maxim Ali, Head of the IP/IT Maxima Legal practice at Maxima Legal spoke at TAdviser online conference “IT Asset Management 2020”.

The conference was dedicated to new issues on IT assets of organizations, which became more and more interesting not only for IT companies, but also for other market participants due to the informatization processes.

Maxim Ali was the only one among the experts at the conference who revealed the intricacies of IT asset management from a legal perspective. His speech was touched upon hidden legal and financial risks in IT asset management. The speaker also spoke about whether it is possible to recognize the risks of loss of intellectual property rights and presented legal cases demonstrating errors in the management of IT assets.
