Maxima Legal got the National Bank TRUST preliminary qualification

Maxima Legal confirmed the team`s high level in sphere of Litigation and was included by the National Bank TRUST to the list of qualified counterparties which will be inviting to participate in the procurement of legal services in this area.

Among the key requirements for pre-selection were such as factors as the integrity of the company, the absence of conflict of interest as well as the experience and qualifications in this area of law. In particular, Maxima Legal’s projects of clients’ representation in arbitration courts, courts of general jurisdiction, and commercial arbitration were considered. Also, according to the terms of the bank’s selection, the criteria of the law firm’s business reputation, including a mention in the Pravo.ru-300 rating, was evaluated.

It should be noted that the history of Maxima Legal’s cooperation with the National Bank TRUST in the field of legal services has been lasting for several years and includes a successful support of projects in corporate law and debt restructuring.

The National Bank TRUST is a large credit institution with majority state participation, on the basis of which in 2018 a platform for consolidation of non-core assets of the banking sector was formed for their recovery, increase in market value and subsequent sale.
