As part of the event, the Head of the Insolvency Practice at Maxima Legal, Sergey Bakeshin will talk about one of the options of ‘lifting the corporate veil’, which provides for the possibility of imposing liability for a company’s obligations on its directors, shareholders and beneficiaries. Sergey will also talk about possible periods of limitation, as well as the procedure for enabling creditors to enforce debts about individuals controlling a legal entity.
