The International Lawyers Network Association has engaged Maxima Legal’s lawyers in the preparation of an international reference publication Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Rehabilitation Proceedings. Specially for the thematic brochure, assosiate at Maxima Legal Dmitry Uryakin and the Head of the Insolvency practice Sergei Bakeshin described the specifics of domestic bankruptcy law and analyzed current trends in its application.

It should be noted that the Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Rehabilitation Proceedings covers 12 jurisdictions in total, and its issue was attended by specialized specialists from 11 law firms.

The International Lawyers Network (ILN) is one of the largest international law associations uniting more than 5,000 lawyers from almost 100 well-established companies and market leaders representing more than 60 countries on 6 continents.
