Partner at Maxima Legal and Head of the PPP Practice, Natalia Diatlova, took part in the annual final event of the infrastructure and PPP projects market, the InfraSummit forum.

As part of the event organised by the Infrastructure Club, a discussion was held on the most significant events in the PPP sector and concessions over the past year, as well as the trends for the near future.

Natalia Diatlova was one of the experts of the session, Summing up the results of a year in PPP, a review of the most important cases. During the discussion, issues of legal regulation of the market were considered, including the impact of the insolvency of a concessionaire in a concession agreement, recognition of concession agreements as invalid and the consequences of this, judicial practice on the termination of agreements and its role in the formation of the conditions of concession and PPP agreements.
