Partner and Head of PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, Natalia Diatlova, took part in an expert discussion for newspaper Novy Prospekt on public-private partnership.

“How does PPP change as an institution? The state is taking measures to support business during the pandemic, and there is some nationalisation of business. Furthermore, the President has indicated that space travel will also now develop through the use of private-state partnerships. It appears that the government has placed private interests before state interests. Does this mean that the balance of interests, risks, investments in such partnerships will somehow shift – it will be interesting to observe”, Natalia noted during the event.
