“Russian PPP Week 2021” took place from September 28^th to October 1^st, 2021 in Moscow at the SAP Digital Leadership Center. The event was organized by the National PPP Center and VEB.RF.

Natalia Diatlova, Head of PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, took part in the event and discussed the most important issues of infrastructure development through PPP mechanisms.

“The Russian PPP Week” has been conducted for 8 years already and it is the largest event in Russia for attraction of investments into infrastructure development and discussion of the problem issues of PPP projects implementation. This year the whole program of the event was dedicated to attracting private investments into the projects, optimization of legislation with due consideration of the modern investment mechanisms, expansion of fields of application of concessions and PPP. Every year the Russian PPP Week gathers representatives of the authorities, top managers of financial, investment and construction companies, legal and financial consultants and industry experts.
