Natalia Diatlova - Partner

Natalia Diatlova, PhD, Partner at Maxima Legal, spoke about organising asset management in a family business as part of the Family Wealth Management professional retraining programme launched by VTB Private Banking and Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Natalia outlined the parameters for choosing a Russian or foreign jurisdiction and highlighted the trends in business structuring in various countries. The expert also drew attention to the personal legal compliance of the owner.

The Family Wealth Management educational project is designed for owners and top managers of Russian companies and is a six-month training course with a professional retraining diploma.
