St Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA) has renewed the mandate of Maxime Ali, Partner and Head of the IP/IT Practice at Maxima Legal, as a Co-Chairman of the Legal Committee for another two years.

The St Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA) is an independent non-profit organization uniting foreign and Russian companies to share information and experience, open dialogue with the government and state authorities, and to establish business contacts in an informal and friendly atmosphere.

The SPIBA Legal Committee focuses on improving the legal framework to create a favourable business environment, as well as assisting with the complexities of manufacturing, trade and tax legislation faced by companies in North West Russia.
