The Graduate School of Management at St Petersburg State University has published a collection of abstracts of the speech delivered by Natalia Diatlova, Partner, Head of PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, at the VII Annual Scientific Conference “Public Private Partnerships in Transport: Models and Experience”. The expert outlined the problems and ambiguities of the interpretation of the issues of financing on the part of the concedent, and also analyzed the proposed changes in the relevant federal legislation, including the regulation of the possible forms of budget participation.
