The Government has prepared a draft law with amendments to the Laws on JSCs and LLCs, allowing the creation of subsidiaries with a sole founder-juridical entity. This will make it possible to build transparent chains of ownership. However, there is one restriction: a director of a subsidiary company may not combine a director position in the parent organisation.
