The Pravo.ru legal portal questioned how to prepare a successful court speech. To answer this question, the publication interviewed experienced litigators who explained what to pay attention to when working on a speech, from writing abstracts to selecting the “right” pose for the speech.

According to Dmitry Uryakin, Associate at Maxima Legal, it is not recommended to learn the text by heart to be successful in court. “There will be no life in such a speech, it will be boring, uninteresting and unrememberable,” the expert explained to Pravo.ru.
