The editors of Delovoy Petersburg asked experts to assess the situation with corporate conflicts in St. Petersburg in 2024. According to Dmitry Uryakin, Senior Associate and Head of Corporate Law Practice at Maxima Legal, there was no growth or decline in the number of corporate conflicts last year.

‘Since September last year, court fees have multiplied. Therefore, I venture to assume that at least in the last quarter of 2024 there will be fewer court disputes in corporate practice,’ the expert said.
