The Commercial Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region has arrested all shares, securities, stakes in other companies and property of the joint-stock company JSC Petersburg Oil Terminal. The court prohibited the company from stopping its production activities.

EcoPravda quoted the opinion of Sergei Bakeshin, Counsel, Head of Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Practice at Maxima Legal, that there is a contradiction in the court’s decision. With the arrest of movable and immovable property, the company is allowed to sell products under previously concluded contracts, including state and municipal contracts.
