Among St Petersburg companies involved in corporate conflicts are Redmond, Delovie Linii (Business Lines), Hotel Ambassador, KVS, and Lomo. Internal disputes can arise not only among large well-known brands, medium and small businesses are not immune to them either. The methods and consequences of confrontations are always different, and preventive measures are the same effective way of defence.

“The popularity of a corporate contract started to grow during the pandemic, when people started to think more about protecting their assets. Of course, no contract, corporate or otherwise, is a panacea. But it is worth entering into. Non-serious attitude, lack of initial agreements, fixed legally, and then leads to conflicts”, Natalia Diatlova, Partner, Head of Corporate Law practice at Maxima Legal, told Moika78 online newspaper.
