Novy Prospect and Mashnews quoted Dmitry Uryakin’s commentary on the corporate conflict in the fish farming industry

Dmitry Uryakin - Senior Associate

A corporate conflict is gaining momentum at Organicheskiy Rost (Organic Growth) company, that develops large fish farms in the Leningrad and Murmansk regions. In particular, Victoria Bykova, a blogger and an co-owner of the company, has filed a lawsuit to invalidate the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of participants on the early termination of the powers of the previous general director and the appointment of a new one.

As Dmitry Uryakin, Senior Associate, Head of Corporate Law Practice at Maxima Legal, explained to Novy Prospect, the second owner of the business – a blogger and an owner of Formula City development company Yuri Grudin – is most likely also involved in the legal dispute, although he is not a plaintiff in the case. After all, Viktoria Bykova is challenging a corporate decision, in which Grudin himself should have participated, Dmitry is sure.

It should be noted that Dmitriy’s commentary was also used in the article of Mashnews.
