Rodina Vkusa LLC, known for Balagan food hall in St Petersburg, is suing the structures of Andrei Pertsev. Mr Pertsev was a member of the company until February 2025, and also the general director of the company until September 2024. In particular, the company demanded RUB 127 m. from Andrey Pertsev as a solo interprener, as well as RUB 47.58 m. from G company (manages Liter G restaurant ), whose general director is also Andrei Pertsev. In addition, on 27 February 2025, the Commercial Court of St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region received an application from Rodina Vkusa LLC to itself.

‘The share in the authorised capital of Rodina Vkusa LLC, which belonged to Pertsev, was transferred to the company itself because, according to the company, it had not been paid. It is not quite clear why this issue arose only four and a half years after the company was established,’ Sergei Bakeshin, Counsel, Head of Dispute Resolution & Insolvency Practice at Maxima Legal, explained specially for Delovoy Peterburg newspaper. – The claim for recovery of RUB 127 m. seems to be related to the obligations under the lease agreement, as well as the claim against G LLC. Probably, after the change of the director, an audit of the previous activities of the company was conducted, and the partners had claims based on the results of the audit’.
