Sergei Bakeshin commented for «Novy Prospect» the judicial decree on the amicable agreement between «Sinyavinskaya» poultry factory and its creditors

The Commercial Court of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast confirmed the amicable agreement between «Sinyavinskaya» poultry factory and its creditors. According to the agreement «Sinyavinskaya» gets the right to phase its debt payments over 10 years and to postpone the first debt payment for 43 months. However, 2 creditors of «Sinyavinskaya» poultry factory – «VerstaGroup» LLC and «N3» LLC disagreed with this judicial decree and filed a cassation appeal to the Commercial Court of North-West District. The court session is scheduled on 2^nd of August.

Sergei Bakeshin, Head of Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Practice at Maxima Legal, explained to Novy Prospect online edition that «considering the fact that the poultry factory has crisis-management plan, property and investor, it is unlikely that the judicial decree will be dismissed».
