Sergey Tarasevich, Associate of Tax & Administrative Law practice at Maxima Legal, evaluated the novelties specially for EJ-Jurist Magazine.

“The most important change introduced by the Decree in the “anti-sanctions” legislation is a special procedure for transactions (operations) entailing, directly or indirectly, the establishment, change or termination of rights of ownership, use and (or) disposal of shares in the charter capital of limited liability companies. Now implementation of such transactions is possible only on the basis of permits issued by the Government Commission,” Sergey explained.
