Business newspaper, Delovoy Peterburg has published an article with forecasts for the legal market. Representatives from the legal sector in insolvency and restructuring gave their projections that a clearing of petitions for technical insolvency filed ‘as a preventive measure’ will take place, since, according to Sergey Bakeshin, Senior Associate and Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice at Maxima Legal, lawmakers have complicated the process of petition for insolvency.
