Alina Esmanskaya, Associate at Maxima Legal, took part in X St Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPILF-2022) held from 28 June to 1 July.

The Forum brought together over 3000 participants from Russia and 45 countries. SPIEF 2022 hosted 100 events over four days where experts discussed topical legal issues such as corporate law, doing business in the time of sanctions, digitalization, protection of foreign assets, succession planning and other issues. In addition, 19 agreements and contracts were signed as part of the event.
