The Higher School of Management at the St Petersburg State University has published a journal containing articles written by participants of the 9^th Annual Conference titled ‘Public-Private Partnership in the transport sector: models and experience’. The publication includes a summary of the main changes to the legislative regulation in the sector which was prepared by Partner and Head of the PPP Practice at Maxima Legal, Natalia Diatlova.
