Lawyers from Maxima Legal have joined an expert centre for development in the Leningrad region

Konstantin Boytsov - Counsel Natalia Demina - Partner

The Leningrad regional department of Delovaya Rossiya has established an expert panel for development and construction matters in the Leningrad region. The organisation provides support to companies in the property market on the basis of being a ‘single window’: from due diligence of land plots, drafting and obtaining planning approval to developing project concepts, master plans and making use of properties. The Centre has included two Senior Associates from Maxima Legal in its panel – Konstantin Boytsov and Natalia Demina.

Konstantin Boytsov heads of the section for legal assistance with projects in the property, construction and electricity sector. Konstantin has many years of experience working in law firms as well as in investment and construction companies and network companies. Prior to joining Maxima Legal, Konstantin headed the legal departments of companies that were involved in residential, business, industrial and energy sectors. Konstantin also acted as the main legal representation for a party involved in a dispute about connecting to the electricity network to recover expenses including for services and connecting to the electricity network.

Natalia Demina has worked as a legal consultant for more than seven years. With extensive experience in providing legal support to companies and able to determine issues and identify mechanisms to resolve them, Natalia will take up the position of coordinator for the Centre.
