Maxima Legal and AFK-Audit held joint seminar on taxation of corporate property

On 14th of October Maxima Legal and AFK-Audit company held joint seminar “Taxation of corporate property. The influence of new accounting standarts on tax obligations. Judicial practice”. Experts told about latest regulatory changes in taxation of corporate property and how they influence the practice of computation of property taxes and analysed the attitude of FTS to these matters.

Nikita Deynega, Head of Tax and Administrative Law practice at Maxima Legal, defined the major historical milestones in property taxation and its modern basis. Moreover the expert analysed main problems of qualifying property as movable and immovable for tax purposes. At the end of his speech, Nikita pointed out current issues of qualification of corporate property taxes violations.
