Maxima Legal and FNS Academy LAB-NEVA agree on cooperation in educational and scientific fields
On March 5, 2025, Maxima Legal and FNS Academy LAB-NEVA entered into a partnership agreement aimed at developing educational and scientific initiatives in the field of tax administration and legal regulation.
The parties plan to conduct joint educational programs and research-practical events, as well as develop new methodologies to enhance the qualifications of tax specialists.
“Cooperation with the FNS Academy is very important for us—it provides us, as representatives of taxpayers, with the opportunity to exchange experience with tax inspectors on tax administration issues, jointly develop common approaches to assessing taxpayer good faith, and identify the reasonable boundary between lawful behavior of individuals and businesses and unjustified tax abuses. We thank our colleagues for their trust and look forward to developing the partnership in the interests of our clients, society, and the state,” commented Nikita Deynega, Partner, Head of Tax & Administrative Law Practice at Maxima Legal.
It should be noted that FNS Academy LAB-NEVA is a subordinate educational institution of the Federal Tax Service (FNS), providing annual training to over 30,000 tax service employees.
